淮海城市群空间范围的综合界定

摘    要:运用城市中心度、引力模型、断裂点公式等相关方法,从中心城市及其相互联系和吸引辐射腹地3个方面,划分淮海城市群的理论空间范围,并结合淮海核心区一体化建设实践和地域邻近实际情况,综合界定出淮海城市群合理的空间范围。结果表明:徐州是淮海城市群的核心城市,它的城市中心度、综合实力和对外经济联系量均远高于淮海经济区其他城市,且与周边城市联系紧密,吸引辐射腹地范围广阔;淮海城市群理论上的空间范围包括徐州、枣庄、淮北、宿州、宿迁、临沂、淮安、济宁、商丘和连云港共10个城市,而合理的空间范围则为徐州、枣庄、淮北、宿州、宿迁、临沂、济宁、商丘和连云港共9个城市。

Abstract:In this paper,the boundary scope of Huaihai Urban Agglomeration is theoretically identified by using the method of the degree of urban centricity,the gravity model and the breaking-point model.It’s measured from three aspects of the central city,its interrelation and the radiation hinterland.Then based on the conduct of the integration in Huaihai core area,as well as the principle of adjacent region,the reasonable spatial scale of the agglomeration is comprehensively defined.The results show that Xuzhou is the core city of Huaihai Urban Agglomeration,because the city centrality,the comprehensive power and the economic contacts with external of Xuzhou are far larger than those of other cities in Huaihai Economic Area.And it closely contacts with surrounding cities,and has a broad ra-diation hinterland.Therefore,the boundary scope of Huaihai Urban Agglomeration in theory includes 10 cities,for instance,Xuzhou,Zaozhuang,Huaibei,Suzhou,Suqian,Linyi,Huai'an,Jining,Shangqiu and Lianyungang, while in fact the rational spatial scale contains 9 cities as Xuzhou,Zaozhuang,Huaibei,Suzhou,Suqian,Linyi,Ji-ning,Shangqiu and Lianyungang.
