| 摘 要： | 以芳醛、氰乙酸乙酯和氰基胍为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,在无溶剂条件下加热,方便、高效地合成嘧啶-6-酮衍生物.这种新的合成方法具有反应时间短、条件温和、成本低和环境友好等优点.

| Abstract: | An efficient and facile synthesis of pyrimidine-6-one derivatives is reported via the reaction of aromatic al-dehydes ,ethyl 2-cyanoacetate and cyanoguanidine under solvent-free conditions catalyzed by NaOH .The structures of the products were identified by IR ,1 HNMR and HRMS .This protocol has the advantages of shorter time ,mild conditions ,lower cost and environmental friendliness . |
