加快浙北地区农业剩余劳动力转移的对策

浙江北部地区的社会经济发展速度和农业劳动力转移的速度都远远高出全国的平均水平，但由于区域差异和历史的原因，浙江北部地区还存在受精劳动的过剩，并且转移难度在加大，针对浙北地区农村经济发展和农业剩余劳动力的产生原因和转移现状，提出了调整农业内部结构、大力发展第三产业、加快城市化进程、进一步发展和壮大中小企业和提高农业劳动力素质等加快农村剩余劳动力转移的途径和对策。

The Countermeasures for Accelerating the Transfer of Surplus Agrarian Labor in Northern Zhejiang

The speed of social and economic development and agrarian labor transfer in the northern area of Zhejiang Province is quicker than the average one over all the nation. The surplus of agrarian labor still exists in the area due to the region difference and history. Recently, the transfer of surplus agrarian labor is getting more and more difficult. Analysing the situation of surplus agrarian labor and its cause, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for accelerating the transfer of surplus agrarian labor: adjusting the internal structure of agriculture; developing the third industry energetically; speeding up citifying; developing and strengthening the middle and small scale of factories; raising the quality of agrarian labor etc.
