两种女贞光合作用研究

摘    要:6-9月份常绿女贞和落叶女贞的叶绿素总量和a、b无明显差异;10月份起,常绿女贞叶绿素含量高于落叶女贞,两种女贞的a/b都随发育进程增大,落叶女贞的a/b大于常绿女贞。落叶女贞落叶之前的净光合速率为负值,而常绿女贞为正值。

Abstract:In this paper,the photosynthesis of two species of Ljgustrum lucidum were studid. The results showed that the total content and a, b of chlorophyll was not evident different between Ligustrum lucidum and L. lucidum var. Latiofolium' s from sixth to ninth month. The total chloropyll content of Ligustrum lucidum was higher than L. lucidum var. latiofolium's from tenth on. The a/b of two species of Ligustrum lucidum rised constantly with it's growth and the one of L. lucidum var. latiofolium was higher than Ligustrum lucidum's. The apparent photosynthetic rate of L. lucidum var. latiofolium was negative number,while Ligustrum lucidum's was positive number.
