| Abstract: | By a simple review on the course of water transport development in Xuzhou city,its present situation and problems are analyzed,and its strategic position and basic conditions are evaluated comprehesively. According to the principles of channel and water transport development, the whole draft of "One centre,two great passageways,three regional circulations,four directional exits" has been put forward with emphasis. |
