基于CSCW的产品质量设计

摘    要:针对先进制造环境下产品质量设计的特点,从现代企业的需求出发,提出一种新的产品质量设计模式,并基于CSCW技术,开发了一种适合企业内部和企业间的产品质量协同设计系统.并就系统各部分进行了分析,具体研究了协同实施的支持技术.系统综合运用Java,JSP,JavaServlet等技术,以及开放式的WWW网络平台增强了网络通信功能,提高了工作效率,缩短了产品开发周期,以便企业最快速地响应市场需求变化.最后,以某汽车产品的QFD展开为例验证了该系统能有效满足网络化制造企业的新需要.

Abstract:In view of the characters of the quality design in advanced manufacturing circumstances,and what are required by modern manufacturers,a new design mode of product quality is proposed,and a collaborative product quality design system is developed on CSCW basis to adapt to not only a manufacturer but several collaborative ones.Each and every part,especially the support technologies for implementing collaboration are analyzed and studied.Applying Java,JSP and JavaServlet to the system with the open WWW platforms used to enhance the communication function,improve working efficiency and shorten the development cycle so as to respond to the fluctuation of market demands as quick as possible.The QFD analysis of some automobile is introduced as an example to verify that the system developed will meet efficiently the requirements of networked manufacturers.
