| 摘 要： | 利用平面三角形点阵及Ｍｏｎｔｅ Ｃａｒｌｏ方法，模拟了二维多晶粒的长大规律。对晶粒形貌与其生长动力学的分析表明，晶粒正常长大过程是按Ｍｏｎｔｅ Ｃａｒｌｏ机制进行的，淬态时的生长指数模拟值为０．４５。

| Abstract: | Based on the two-dimensional triangular lattice,a simulation was performed through MonteCarlo method for the grain growth of POlycrystallites. After analysing the grain topology and its growth kinetics,one concluded that the normal grain growth occurs with a Monte Carlo mechanism and that the growthexPOnent, n,is calculated as 0. 45. at quenched state. |
