液相线铸造铝合金半固态压缩变形特性

摘    要:采用液相线铸造铝合金2618获得适合于半固态加工的细小,等轴,非枝晶组织,并由Gleeble-1500热学-力学模拟试验机在不同变形温度和变形速率下进行半固态压缩变形。结果表明,铝合金2618在半固态时的变形抗力比固态时大幅度下降,液相线铸造组织的成形性能优于常规铸造组织。

Abstract:A method to attain fine, equiaxed, and non dendritic grains of primary microstructure needed by semi solid processing through liquidus casting aluminum alloy 2618 was described, and specimens were compressed at different temperatures and strain rates by means of Gleeble 1500 thermal mechanical simulator. The results show that the resistance to deformation in semi solid state is remarkably lower than that in solid state. Whereas the formability of liquidus cast microstructure is better than that of the conventional cast microstructure.
