变速切削抑振机理

摘    要:建立了再生切削颤振的衰减系数模型,采用频率扫描法,获得了稳定切削曲线,分析了任意宽下及变速切削时的系统频率和衰减系数变化,揭示了变速切削的抑振机理,提出了变速切削有效性的判定准则,生成了变速切削时的切削稳定曲线,为变速范围的选择提供了依据。

Abstract:A simplified model with equivalent decay constant for machine tool chatter has been established.With this model,a stability chart has been obtained by means of the frequency scan method.Based on the stability chart vibration in frequencies and equivalent decay constants for any cutting widths and spindle speeds has been analysed and the chatter suppressing mechanism of periodically variable speed cutting has been revealed. A determination criterion for efficient speed variable range has been put forward and the stability chart for the periodically variable speed cutting has been obtained,which provides the important foundation for machine tool chatter suppressing with periodically variable speed cutting.
