高强压铸铝合金抗腐蚀性能的研究

摘    要:在相同试验条件下,在腐蚀液酸、碱、盐等介质中,做了浸渍腐蚀、晶间腐蚀等对比试验,并测定了恒电位极化曲线。结果表明,高强压铸铝合金比一般铝硅合金具有较好的抗腐蚀性能,从试验和理论上验证了铝硅合金在高速冷却下凝固时,提高含铜量并不降低其抗腐蚀性能。

Abstract:To compare the corrosion-resistance of high strength Al alloy die-castings and that of the commonly-used Al-Si alloy, competitive tests including immersing-in and intergranular corrosions, etc., were conducted in different media (acid, alkali and salt) but under the same experimental conditions. The constantpotential polarization curves were also determined. It is revealed that Al alloy die-castings have higher resistance to corrosion than Al-Si alloys. For Al-Si alloys it is verified both theoretically and experimentally that their corrosion-resistance will not be reduced when increasing copper content in case they are solidified with a high cooling rate.
