摘    要:在以石灰石煅烧产物脱除高温煤气中H_2S的动力学研究基础上,使用实验室规模的固定床装置进行了煤气高温脱硫实验,研究了各种操作参数对脱硫过程的影响并提出了该过程的数学模型,进行了操作解析。应用模型的计算结果与实测值相当一致。

Abstract:Based on kinetic analysis, H2S removal from hot gas is investigated experimentally using a CaO fixed bed in laboratory. Influences of such parameters as grain size of desulphurizer, reaction temperature and concentration of H2S on desulphurization are discussed. A mathematical model is thus developed under some given conditions to simulate the desulphurizing process, and the calculated results are proved quite conform to those measured.
