装备制造企业核心竞争能力分析与评价

摘    要:从系统的角度界定了核心能力及核心专长的内涵,运用核心能力理论,结合装备制造业特点,从企业运营过程中涉及的研究开发、生产制造、营销及管理等四个方面建立了装备制造企业核心能力评价指标体系.在评价方法上,首先通过专家调查法确定主观权重,然后通过熵权法确定客观权重.在此基础上,通过主客观权重的合理结合即组合权重评价法构建了相应的评价模型,并对数据进行无量纲和趋同化处理.最后,以2001年沈阳市规模以上装备制造企业26家实际数据为基础,进行了核心能力评价,并给出了某企业的评价结果,用实例说明了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:Defines the connotation of core competence and key specialty from a systematic point of view.Combining the core competence theory with characteristics of equipment manufacturing industry,an indexation system is established to evaluate the core competence of equipment manufacturers with reference to the integrated parts of business operation,i.e.,R&D,manufacturing,marketing and management.In such an evaluation process,the subjective weight shall be determined by experts and then the objective weight determined by entropy weight method.An evaluation model is thus put forward correspondingly by combining rationally the subjective and objective weights together,with initial data processed dimensionlessly and convergently.How a core competence evaluation is conducted is exemplified with necessary data acquired from 26 big equipment manufacturers in Shenyang in 2001 and,as a result,the evaluation for a certain manufacturer is put forward to show its validity.
