摘    要:以单向帘线增强橡胶复合材料为研究对象,采用有限单元法建立二维计算模型.在周期性载荷作用下,对帘线断裂和帘线脱粘滑移引起的橡胶复合材料滞后生热的瞬态温度场进行了数值模拟,并讨论了帘线脱粘滑移摩擦对滞后生热的影响.结果表明,随着帘线断裂数目的增加,温度升高明显;脱粘摩擦生热对温升影响较小;帘线断裂引起的局部应力集中导致的大...

Abstract:A two dimensional computation model was established by using FEM for unidirectional cord reinforced rubber composites.Given cord fracture and debonding slippage,the transient temperature field of rubber composites was simulated under cyclic loading to determine the effect of cord debonding slip friction on heat generation lag time.Temperature rose dramatically with cord fracture,while debonding slip friction caused a much lower temperature increase.The high temperature range increase caused by local stress ...
