摘    要:从动力学观点出发,分析了钻杆的横向振动。用位移法求得钻杆的基频和相应的转速,确定了钻杆的长度、轴压和转动惯量与转速的关系,从计算可看出:由凿岩理论和动力学计算出的工作转速基本上一致。在钻杆长度相等的条件下,随轴压增加,其临界转速降低;在轴压为定值时,转速与杆长呈指数曲线关系变化。该法计算简捷,可为钻机的设计和自动控制提供参考。

Abstract:The transverse vibration of a drill rod is analyzed dynamicallyand the displacement method is introduced into the determination of its basicfrequency and relevant maximum working speed. In such a manner the rela-tionships of the speed of drill rod to its length, axial pressure and moment ofinertia can all be readily calculated. It is verified that the working speedcalculated according to rock drilling theory accords with that determined bydynamics.In the condition of equal rod length,the critical speed decreases as theaxial pressure increases. When the axial pressure is a constant, the workingspeed is an exponential function of the rod length.
