| Abstract: | A new tactics of ATM network congestion control with the time message which is transmitted between the source and the destination to decide the state of network is provided. Compared the time message of cell that enters ATM network with deduced door1,the state of network can be decided and the rate of cell that will enter the network can be controled so the network congestion can be solved. On the other hand,the tactics of designed door2 can solve the bad network congestion. The performance of this is analyzed. |
