| 摘 要： | 利用Ｘ射线应分分析技术对一种处于硬状态下的超高强度钢的电解抛光表面与喷丸表面的衍射线产半高宽和屈服强度进行测量，结果表明喷丸表面的半高宽显著减少了，但其屈服强度却大幅度提高了。

| Abstract: | The half width values of X ray diffraction profiles and yield strength of the electrolytically polished and shot peened surfaces of a material in hard state was measured by X ray stress analysis. The results show that shot peening decreases the half width value and increases the yield strength,the shot peened surface is work harddened instead of work softened. |
