压缩薄件死区边界滑移线函数的可积性

摘    要:假定剪应力线性分布,对死区边界滑移线引进参变量t,确定滑移线转角φ与x间的可积函数,以换元积分求得死区接触表面总压力与平均单位压力分布的精确值;所得结果与目前数值积分结果基本一致,表明沿死区边界滑移线integral from n=0 to x φ_idx是可积的,从而在理论上验证了数值解法的可靠性。

Abstract:Assuming that the shearing stresses are of linear distribution, an integrable function of slip line rotation angle (?) and coordinate x is defined by introducing a parameter t into the boundary slip line in dead zone of a compressed thin metal workpiece. With changing the variable, the integrable function is solved exactly to give the total pressure acting on interface of dead zone and the average unit pressure distribution. It is found that the result is basically in agreement with that by prevailing numerical computation. A conclusion isthus reached that the slip line function is integrable along the boundaryof dead metal zone and, by the way, the reasonableness of numerical computation is justified theoretically once more.
