岩石料层动态冲击粉碎的应变率效应

摘    要:对岩石料层的动态粉碎机理进行了理论分析,并对花岗岩料层进行了冲击粉碎和损伤细观观测实验,从宏观和细观两个角度研究了应变率对岩石料层粉碎效果的影响,实验结果和理论分析具有较好的一致性·研究表明岩石料层在冲击载荷作用下具有显著的应变率效应,粉碎产物的比表面积和活化裂纹密度随应变率的增大而增大;粉碎产物的粒度分布指数,活化裂纹平均长度随应变率的增大而减小,应变率是影响岩石料层动态粉碎效果的一个主要因素·

Abstract:The theoretical analysis on dynamic comminution mechanism of rock layers was made, and the experiment about impact comminution and mesoscopic damage observation was done. The influence of the stain rate on comminution effects of rock layers was studied from the macroscopic and mesoscopic angles. These experimental results are well consistent with theoretical analysis. The comminution of rock layers under dynamic load has obvious strain rate effect. The specific surface area of comminution product and active crack density increase with the increasing of strain rate, and the size distribution exponent of comminution product and the mean length of active cracks decrease with the increasing of strain rate. The strain rate is one of main factors that affect dynamic comminution of rock layers.
