断续带状移动热源温度场的有限差分解

摘    要:首次对断续带移动热源在半无限大物体上产生的三维非稳态温度场进行了有限差分分析,给出了有限差分解及其稳定性判据和计算机识别断续带状移动源位置的方法,从而为计算诸如立轴平面磨削温度场等工程实际问题提供了一种可靠的方法。

Abstract:The three-dimensional time-dependent temperature field caused by intermittent moving hand head sourceon a semi-infinite body is first analysed with the finite difference method. The finite difference solution and its stabilitycriteria are given with a method provided for distinguishing the position of heat source by computer. An effective way isthus available to solve such engineering thermal problems as the calculation of the temperature field in grinding process ofvertical-spindle surface.
