| 摘 要： | 在分析知识管理、知识管理系统 (KMS)的含义和Web技术的特点的基础上 ,提出了一种基于Web的企业KMS的模型框架 ,并且还分析了该模型框架中各组成部件的功能 ,讨论了KMS的核心部件知识库和知识地图·指出 ,企业依据模型框架 ,能易于构建知识管理系统和实现有效的知识管理 ,实现知识资源的共享和充分运用·通过一个实例分析 ,进一步说明了该模型框架的应用·

| Abstract: | Based on analyzsis of the implications of knowledge management and knowledge management system (KMS) and of the characteristics of Web technology, a model framework for enterprise knowledge management is presented. In the framework, the functions of composing were discussed and the key parts for KMS, knowledge base and knowledge map were developed. According to the model predictions, an enterprise is easy to build a knowledge management system to realize knowledge management to share knowledge resources. Finally, a case study was carried out to illustrate the application of the proposed framework model. |
