摘    要:调查了鞍钢8.3t钢锭头部使用保护渣浇注时的碳偏析情况:在实验室研究了熔融保护渣碳的饱和含量及其影响因素;熔渣-钢液间、碳粉-熔渣-钢液间平衡增碳研究,从而对使用保护渣浇注时钢锭头部的增碳机理提出了初步的看法:由于钢锭头部熔渣的含碳量很低(0.10%—0.20%),所以在浇注中保持足够的熔渣层不致于引起头部增碳。

Abstract:Carbon segregation was investigated on lab-scale to the head part of 8.3t ingots supplied by Anshan Iron & Steel Complex, to which the protecting powder/ slag was applied during teeming.The saturated carbon content in molten powder/slag and its influencing factors were studied , as well as both the equilibriums of carbon increment between the molten steel and powder/slag and among the molten steel, powder/slag and carbon powder. It follows a preliminary view point to the carbon-increasing mechanism due to protecting powder/slag applied to ingot head in teeming, i.e. the carbon content is so low (only 0.1%-0.2%) in molten powder/slag that the carbon content in ingot head will not be increased even if molten powder/slag is used sufficiently in teeming.
