摘    要:研究了用硫酸亚铁浸出同时沉淀黄钠铁矾的方法处理低品位软锰矿的过程.在该过程中,软锰矿中的MnO2被还原成MnSO4同时FeSO4被氧化并以黄钠铁矾的形态沉淀.沉淀产生的酸可直接用于MnO2浸出.考察了硫酸、硫酸亚铁和硫酸钠的加入量及温度等参数对锰浸出和沉铁效率的影响.讨论了过程动力学.实验结果表明,锰浸出率和沉铁效率(质量分数)在最佳条件下可分别达到96%和92%.

Abstract:Treatment of low grade pyrolusite ores by FeSO 4 leaching and precipitation of jarosite simultaneously is studied,in which MnO 2 in the pyrolusite ore was reduced to MnSO 4 and FeSO 4 was oxidized and precipitated in the form of jarosite. In the process,acid produced during precipitation of the jarosite can directly be used for leaching of MnO 2. Efficiency of manganese extraction and iron precipitation were examinated as a function of the process parameters including amount of H 2SO 4,FeSO 4 and Na 2SO 4 and temperature. In addition,kinetics of the process was investigated. Results showed that efficiency of manganese extraction and iron precipitation are 96% and 92% respectively under the optimum conditions.
