耐火保温材料导热系数的测定

摘    要:在中华人民共和国黑色冶金行业标准YB/T 059-91的基础上,设计并做出了测量耐火保温材料导热系数的实验仪器.阐述了此仪器的实验装置、测量原理及其测试方法、实验结果等.通过测量已知导热系数的碳化硅砖的导热系数,得其误差小于8%;通过对同一试样的两个小试样进行平行测量,得其相对偏差小于3%.

Abstract:An experimental setup was designed to determine the thermal conduction coefficients of refractory and thermal insulation materials on the basis of China's Standard YB/T059-91.Describes the layout of the experimental setup,as well as its measuring principle,testing method and results.Taking a carborundum brick of which the thermal conduction coefficient was given as specimen,the measuring error of it is less than 8%.The relative error between the two specimens which were cut off from the same thermal insulating brick is less than 3%.
