TiO2双层薄膜电极与背反射共构DSSC制备及表征

摘    要:提出并设计制备了一种新型的染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)的结构.该结构是在DSSC的光阳极上通过丝网印刷技术制备由尺寸不同的纳晶粒子构成的双层纳米晶TiO2薄膜,并在DSSC对电极的背面置放一层镀银反光膜.采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线电子衍射仪(XRD)等手段分析了双层纳米晶TiO2薄膜的结构和形貌.通过实验,获得了双层纳米晶TiO2薄膜的最佳膜厚,分析了镀银反光膜的反光率.研究结果表明:在AM15、光强100mW/cm2的模拟太阳光下测试,这种新型结构的开路电压、短路电流、填充因子分别为075V,1117mA/cm2和0523;光电转换效率达到438%,比相同条件下传统的三明治型结构提高了241%.

Abstract:A novel structure of dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC), with TiO2 nanoparticle bilayer on the photo-anode and silver reflection film on the counter electrode, was proposed. The structure and morphology of the TiO2 bilayer were characterized using the transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The optimized thickness of the nanoparticle film was obtained and the light reflection was analyzed. The results show that the photoelectric efficiency of 4.38% with a short-circuit photo-current density of 11.17 mA/cm2, an open-circuit photo-voltage of 0.75 V, and a fill factor of 0.523 were obtained for the DSSC. It is about 2.41% higher than that of the traditional sandwich-structure DSSC under the same testing conditions of AM 1.5 and 100 mW/cm2.
