| 摘 要： | 根据网络化制造对数控系统的要求构建了网络化加工系统体系结构,并针对网络企业间产品数据交换和共享的难题,利用配置语言建立XML Schema映射规范库,实现了STEP-NC数控程序的转换,以XML文件发布产品信息.设计了XML解释器的功能结构,读取文件解析出几何参数、坐标、刀具等信息进行存储,为DSP控制器内核提供可识别的数据源.STEP-NC网络化加工系统提供的数控程序转换,XML文件解释等功能具有良好的模块化特性,功能强,效率高,有利于实现系统的信息集成.
