摘    要:本文对NiCrMo冷硬铸铁轧辊的磨削进行了试验研究。采用高速磨削技术可有效地提高轧辊磨削效率,降低砂轮磨损。借助于显微镜,对不同磨削速度下砂轮磨削表面状态进行了分析,研究了砂轮磨削表面的堵塞类型,说明了高速磨削轧辊的可行性。通过材料性能对比试验,分析了轧辊磨削的本质特征。本文的试验研究将有助于提高现场轧辊磨削效率及新型轧辊磨床的设计。

Abstract:Investigates the grinding of chill rolls. By means of high speed grinding, raising the efficiency in roll grinding is available with wheel wear reduced. Wheel surface is observed at different wheel speeds and analysed by means of microscope. The loading type of wheel surface is studied to explain that high speed grinding to roll is applicable. Contrast trials were made for material performances to analyse different characteristics of roll grinding. The investigation will be helpful to the improvement of roll grinding and further to the design of newer type of grinding tool for rolls.
