摘    要:针对网络化制造环境下的供应链生产、运输能力动态变化问题,将供应链网络系统定义成包括供应商、制造商和销售商在内的三级系统,以使三者的供应力、制造力及运力所涉及的费用最低为目标函数,建立了一个包括供应商、制造商、销售商在内的供应链战略能力规划模型·采用启发式算法求出该模型的可行解,并以此作为分枝定界算法的上限,求出模型的最优解·数值实例分析证明,在新的市场机会下,供应链网络系统中各节点企业实施战略能力规划可以优化企业资源利用率,最大限度地降低库存,同时也证明了所提出优化目标的成熟性及模型和算法的有效性·

Abstract:Defines the supply chain network system as at three levels, i.e., supplier, manufacturer and retailer, and takes the costs for the capacities of supply, manufacture and transport of the three levels as a target function to minimize the costs. As a result, a strategic capacity planning model for supply chain is developed to respond rapidly to the dynamic changes of market at minimal cost. Using heuristic algorithm to find out a feasible solution as an upper limit of branch-and-bound algorithm, an optimal solution is got iteratively. A numerical example demonstrates that the implement of strategic capacity planning in an enterprise as a node of supply chain can optimize the utilization rate of its resource and reduce its inventory to the utmost extent, as well as the maturity of the optimization objective and the validity of the model and algorithm.
