离心通风机前弯叶轮叶片数的选取

摘    要:比较前弯和后弯叶轮流道中的流动结构得知,前弯叶轮的叶片数应适当多于后弯叶轮.计算了12个和16个叶片的两个前弯叶轮中的边界层动量厚度,并对该两叶轮进行性能试验,证实了适当增加前弯叶轮的叶片数可以提高叶轮的压力和效率。

Abstract:A conclusion can be drawn from the comparison made between the flow behaviors in forward-bent and of backward-bent impeller passages,i.e.the number of blades of the former should appropriately be more than that of the latter . It is supported by the calculation of momentum thickness of boundarylayer and performance tests made for two forward-bent impellers-one is of 12blades and the other 16 blades. Results indicated that the impeller of 16 blades is higher in both pressure and efficiency.
