摘    要:根据决策者给出关于决策方案的一类模糊判断矩阵,提出了一种方案排序的χ2方法·首先,给出了关于模糊判断矩阵及其完全一致性的概念;然后,建立了一个关于求解方案排序值的最优化模型,并讨论了求解优化模型的理论依据和算法,采用该方法可以直接得到每个方案的参考排序值,并使方案的排序结果最大程度地反映了决策者的偏好;最后给出了一个算例

Abstract:An additional alternating electric field was applied in preparation of dichroic sheet so as to enhance Weigert effect. The relations between dichroic angle and electric field frequency and the relations between dichroic angle and electric field strength are obtained experimentally. Morever, it is found that additional electric field could remove the thermal negative effect. As the additional electric field of strength 3?200?V/m and frequency 13 65?MHz is applied, the dichroic angle can be enhanced by about 7 times. The reason of photo inducing dichroism and the additional electric field enhancing Weigert effect are discussed based on quantum perturbation theory and free electron oscillator model.
