奥氏体形变对GCr15钢珠光体片间距的影响

摘    要:探讨了奥氏体形变对GCr15钢连续冷却下珠光体产物片间距的影响。片间距的测定方法是采用加权统计平均值。实验结果表明,在相同的冷却速度下,奥氏体形变后所得珠光体产物片间距增大,并在一定形变温度下,随着奥氏休变形量的增大,珠光体产物片间距的变化有一极大值。

Abstract:Effects of austenitic deformation on the interlamellar spacing of pearlites in steel GCr15 under continuous cooling are discussed. The interlamellar spacing of pearlites is determined statistically by way of weighted means. The experimental results show that after austenitic deformation the interlamellar spacing of pearlites will be widened at the same cooling rates and, at a certain deformation temperature, the interlamellar spacing of pearlites will show a maximum value along with the increase in austenite deformation.
