| 摘 要： | 为了使标杆管理能够引导和鼓励行为主体不断探索事物发展变化的规律并展示优良行为,提出基于竞优思想的标杆选择方法.采用行为主体个性化选择与群体客观推荐相结合的方式,将个体代理评价和民主代理评价共同用于标杆选择过程,兼顾了群众基础和科学性,符合心理学和管理科学的逻辑,具有理论价值.最后,通过电力公司的实例表明,本方法具有有效性和可行性.
