摘    要:给出了轧辊上一维传热的数学模型及其解析解,从而导出透热深度;利用焓法建立了在薄带坯铸轧中钢液凝固传热过程的数学模型,并通过离散化和差分法给出各节点处温度及焓值的数学模型;预示凝固前沿x_3 与时间的对应关系;通过模拟计算分析了传热系数h对凝固场的影响,辊材对温度场的影响,确定临界速度。为控制铸轧速度与辊材的选择提供了科学依据。

Abstract:A one-dimensional mathematical model was developed for heat transfer of rolls with its analytic solution given to. The depth of heat penetration was therefore derived. Another model was also developed by means of enthalpy methodic describe the solidification- heat transfer process of molten steel in thin strip casting/ rolling practice. Discretization and differential method were also applied to establishing the model in which both the temperature and enthalpy value at each node are given with the dependence of solidifying forefront x, on time predictable. The influence of heat transfer coefficient (k) on solidifying field was calculated and discussed through simulation,as well as the influence of the roll material used on temperature field. The critical casting/rolling speed was determined. The results is availabe to provide a reliable basis for the control of casting/rolling specs and the selection of roll materials to be used.
