摘    要:基于对加热炉动态过程受控特征分析,将数学模型方法、模糊控制理论和模糊优化方法应用于加热炉动态过程炉温优化及控制研究.建立了加热炉待轧时炉温模糊优化模型,构造了以钢坯导热机理模型为基础的炉温在线模糊控制决策系统.在此基础上对典型待轧过程进行了炉温控制决策的计算机数值仿真.结果表明,炉温模糊决策结果使在炉钢坯获得了满意的控制效果.本文的模型方法可以有效地应用于加热炉控制系统.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of controlled characteristics of the dynamic process of reheating furnace,the mathematical model,fuzzy control theory and fuzzy optimization are used to investigate the dynamic process,temperature optimization and control of reheating furnace.A fuzzy model is developed to optimize the furnace temperature available to hold for rolling and an on-line fuzzy control decision system is set up on the basis of slab's heat conduction mechanism model.Then, a furnace temperature control decision can be made for typical temperature holding process for further rolling by numerical simulation.The results show that the temperature of slabs in furnace can thus be controlled satisfactorily and the model developed is proved effectively for reheating furnace control system.
