磁场影响枯草杆菌蛋白酶催化活性的研究

摘    要:以DHT一酪蛋白为底物用分光光度法研究了磁场对枯草杆菌蛋白酶催化活性的影响。磁场分别作用于酶液,底物溶液均能不同程度地提高酶的催化活性,磁场作用时间和作用时的温度也对酶的催化活性有影响,磁场并不改变酶促反应的米氏常数Km,Vmax则有不同程度地增加。

Abstract:The effect of magnetic field on catalytic activity of subtilisin from bacillas subtilis was studied by spectrophotometry exploring DHT-casein as substrate. It was found that the magnetic effect was in connection with the way and the time of magnetization and exposed temperature. Magnetic field could not change the michaelis constant of the enzyme -substrate reaction, but cause an increase in the maximum reaction rate.
