烤烟杂交一代亲本主要化学成分和产量性状的配合力研究

摘    要:选用国外引进和国内选育的5个品种(系),按Griffing双列杂交的第四种方法配制成10组杂交组合,对构成烤烟F1主要化学成分和丰产特性的9个数量性状的配合力效应和遗传力进行了研究和分析。结果表明:亲本之间一般配合力差异达极显著水平,组会间特殊配合力效应存在显著差异,说明烟草品种的品质和沪量受加性效应和非加性效应共同控制,以加性效应为主,应根据一般配合力效应和特殊配合力方差,来评价亲本的育种价值。

Abstract:Using 5 flue-cured selfing line as experimental materlal, made up 1O hybridized combination, by using the 4th method' of Griffing diallelc cross. We studicd of combining abilityand heritability 0f main chemical components and quantitative characters in flue-cured to-bacco F,. Results showed that gcncral combining ability (G. C. A) among parents and theirspecial combining ability (S. C. A ) diffcred significantly. Thcrcfor, quality and yield of tobacco was governcd by both additive and non-additivc effects, with additive effects as theprincipal factor. Parents were evaluated for their values in brceding based on their effect ofG. C. A. and Variancc of S. C. A.
