| 摘 要： | 在高水平研究型大学的建设中，必须坚持突出学科建设的龙头地位，从4个方面充分发挥学科建设的引领作用：优化学科结构，凝练学科方向，建立完善的学科体系，加强学科能力建设，夯实高水平大学建设的基础平台；提高学科组织化程度，加强学科制度建设，为高水平大学建设提供组织保障；加强学科队伍建设，构建学术梯队，引进和培育学科带头人，打造高水平大学的核心竞争优势；加大学科基础平台建设投入，为高水平大学建设提供技术支撑.
