| 摘 要： | 目的 观察3M玻璃离子修复楔状缺损的临床疗效.方法 对128例楔状缺损患者的300颗患牙随机分成2组，分别采用3M光固化玻璃离子和光固化复合树脂对楔状缺损进行修复，随访1a，观察2组的临床效果并分析.结果 3M光固化玻璃离子组成功率高于树脂组，其差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 3M光固化玻璃离子是一种较理想的楔状缺损修复材料，值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of 3M vitremer TM in treating wedge-shaped defect.Method 300 teeth from the 128 patients with wedge-shaped defect were divided randomly into two groups:3M vitremer TM group and light-cured composite resin.Then 150 teeth were treated with 3M vitremer TM and the other 150 teeth were treated with light-cured composite resin.Follow-up examinations were conducted after one year.Result There were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion 3M glass vit... |
