| 摘 要： | 按贡献分配就是将劳动与其他非劳动因素统一于生产要素，根据各生产要素的社会贡献来进行分配.这一分配原则既是我国收入分配制度的重大突破和创新，也是对马克思主义分配理论的新发展，具有重要的现实意义.
