| 摘 要： | 给出了Nekrasov矩阵逆的1范数上界，并在此基础上获得了Nekrasov矩阵的最小奇异值的一个下界.将结果应用到 H-矩阵，结果表明，新的估计是有效的.

| Abstract: | A lower bound for the smallest singular value of a Nekrasov matrix is derived and then the lower bound is applied to H-matrices. The numerical results show that the new estimation is effective. |
