| 摘 要： | 为探讨渔业资源增殖放流的可行性和效果,5万尾单(雄)性尼罗罗非鱼放流后经海上定点采样调查,发现:放流区域的当年渔获量和多样度指标都有所增加,而没有放流的区域和年份却继续递减;放流后经济鱼类数量有所增加;放流的单雄性尼罗罗非鱼不繁殖后代,只在一定的区域内活动.放流调查取样结果表明渔获物中尼罗罗非鱼占总数的32%和总重量的36.2%,放流存活率达72%,累积生长率为23.25 g/月,运用回归方程计算出放流尼罗罗非鱼的K=0.242 6,L∞=21.565 13 cm,W∞=155.84g,t=9.24月,放流取得了初步效果.
