| 摘 要： | 建设学习型班级是高等教育发展、学生全面发展的需要。通过营造积极向上的班级学习文化氛围、建立多维度立体的学习系统、构建以人为本的柔性管理制度、充分发挥现代信息技术在班级建设中的作用等方式可以实现学习型班级的构建.
