| Abstract: | Starting from the current situation of the competitive sports development in Hunan province,the paper analyzes the factors which influence the development and utilization of competitive sports talents resources,and accordingly,puts forward some measures from the aspects of cultivation of reserve talents,overall arrangement of development projects,allocation of resources,and sportsman safety ensurance. |
