摘    要:在幼穗分化过程中,特别是育性转换敏感时期,“安农S—1”可育株与不育株叶片中过氧化物酶、α—淀粉酶及苹果酸脱氢酶等三种同工酶,其酶带数目和酶带活性都存在着明显的差异.据此认为“安农S—1”发生育性转换与这些酶的变化有关.可育及不育穗中上述三种同工酶差异不明显,且它们对温度的敏感反应迟于叶片.

Abstract:During the p anicle differentiation, especially in the sensitive time of fertility changes, significant differences are observed between fertile and sterile plants of "An Nong S-1"in numbers and activities of bands of three isozymes in leaves. These isozymes are Perbxidase isozyme, α-Amyiase isozyme and Malate Dehydrogenase (MDH) isozyme. Based on these facts, we suggest that the fertility change of "An Nong S-1"is related to the aforementioned changes of these isozymes in leaves.
