基于合作博弈的旅游产业集群发展——以湘鄂渝黔边区为例

通过非合作博弈模型分析了湘鄂渝黔边旅游产业集群发展中存在的问题，阐述了非合作博弈向合作博弈的转化途径，并提出了在湘鄂渝黔边旅游产业集群进行合作的对策：湘鄂渝黔边旅游产业集群内各博弈主体应该强调竞合理念和团体理性，以形成集群整体强势，最终实现边区旅游产业集群与群内各旅游企业的“共赢”.

Development of Tourism Industrial Clusters on Cooperative Game——Hunan, Hubei, Chongqing and Guizhou Borders as Example

Based on the non-cooperative game model,this paper analyzes the problems in the development of the tourism industry cluster among the borders of Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing and Guizhou,explores the transformation path from non-cooperative game to cooperative game,and finally points out the cooperation measures.The tourism industry clusters within the game should put emphasis on competition and cooperation ideas and group rational so as to gain the overall strength of clusters,to realize the “win-win” for the tourism industry clusters and the tourism enterprises within the borders finally.
