压电声子晶体能带结构的有限元方法模拟

摘    要:基于有限元软件COMSOL Multiphysics详细介绍了压电声子晶体能带结构的计算方法,讨论了压电材料中不同分流电路对压电声子晶体能带结构的影响,分析了在能带计算过程中容易出现的几种错误,并给出相应的解决方法.

Abstract:Calculation of the band structure for piezoelectric phonons based on the finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics is introduced in detail.The effects of different shunt circuits on the band structure of piezoelectric phonons are then discussed.Finally,some common errors that are easy to occur in energy band calculation are enumerated,and the corresponding solutions are given.
