摘    要:目的 观察旋转脉动磁场对兔正畸牙齿移动的影响.方法 25只体重为1.0~1.5 kg的健康新西兰大耳白兔按每组5只随机分为实验1,3,5,7,14 d.2%戊巴比妥钠麻醉下于双侧上颌第一磨牙与切牙间拴结不锈钢螺簧,施力80 g,左侧只加力为对照组,右侧加力并加旋转脉动磁场为实验组,观察正畸牙槽骨的改建情况并测量牙齿移动距离.结果 实验组正畸牙齿移动距离明显大于对照组(p<0.05),光镜观察显示实验组牙槽骨的改建活跃,张力侧骨形成的量明显高于对照组.结论 旋转脉动磁场可促进正畸牙槽骨改建.
