摘    要:阐述了一种24位高精度∑-△型AD转换芯片ADS1210在实际应用中提高测量精度的方法.电源是一个影响精确度的重要因素,笔者使用MAX666作稳压芯片,并利用外围电容参数的合理选择减少电压波动.ADS1210差分输入的正端接电阻,负端接稳压芯片REF192,以保证满足测量范围和差分基准电压的稳定,并利用ADS1210本身的校正寄存器,通过编程对AD转换的数据进行校正,提高了测量精度.实践表明:只有充分利用硬件设计和软件编程就可以很好的实现ADS1210的数据校正,发挥其最佳效能.

Abstract:A method is introduced to promote the measurement accuracy of a 24-bit high-precision Σ-△-AD converter chip,ADS120.Power being an important impact on the accuracy,the authors used the MAX666 as the chip voltage regulator and resouably choose the external capcitor parameter to reduce the voltage fluctuations.The positive terminal of ADS1210 differential input is connected with the resistance,and the negative terminal with the regulator chip REF192;therefore,the measuring range and the stability of differential reference voltage and ensured.ADS1210 can register their own correction.Through the programming of AD conversion of data,the measuring accuracy is improved.Practices show that only through fully taking advantage of hardware design and software programming can ADS1210 data correction be achieved and brought into the best efficiency.
