鱼肉、鱼骨中脂肪酸组成的比较研究

摘    要:采用乙醚提取、三氟化硼-甲醇衍生,气相色谱/质谱技术对鱼肉,骨油中的脂肪酸进行了定性,定量分析,其中油含量分别为35.11%-45.81%范围内,共鉴别出23种脂肪酸,多不饱和脂肪酸含量很高,二十碳五烯酸(DHA)和二十二碳六烯酸(EPA)的含量分别为31.54%-38.89%和6.67%-7.28%范围内。

Abstract:Determination and quantitative analysis of delspray in fish and fish bones are made with diethyl ether for extraction, BF3 for derivation and gas chromatography. The content of oil is between 35.11~45.81. 23 kinds of delpray are tested, among which the content of polyunsaturated is high. The content of DHA and WEPA is between 31.54~38.89% and 6.67~7.28 respectively.
