淀粉基可生物降解水性聚氨酯的合成及其NMR研究

摘    要:采用聚己二酸乙二醇酯二元醇(PEA)、异佛而酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、乙二胺(EDA)和淀粉等为原料,通过预聚体法合成了淀粉基可生物降解水性聚氨酯.对主要原料和产物进行了1H和13C NMR研究,结果表明,在预聚体的扩链阶段加入淀粉,可以使淀粉分子以某种形式参与反应,引入聚氨酯产物中.土埋法实验表明,添加淀粉的水性聚氨酯的生物降解性明显增加.

Abstract:Starch-based biodegradable water-borne polyurethane was synthesized through prepolymerization process by polyethylene adipate glycol(PEA),isophrone diisocyanate(IPDI),dimethylol propanoic acid(DMPA),ethylene diamine(EDA),starch,and some other materials.1H and 13C NMR studies of the main raw materials and products indicated that,when starch was added in the chain extending step of the prepolymer,starch will enrol the reaction in some form and introduce into the polyurethane.The results of earthing up the pro...
