Problems in the Special Interpersonal Relationship among Minority Students under Multi-cultural Backgrounds and some Countermeasures

Differences under multi-cultural backgrounds are the main factors that contribute to problems in the special interpersonal relationship among minority students. To cope with the problems, the paper presents the following approaches: they should understand that “diversity in unity" is the most prominent feature of Chinese people and develop the awareness of multi-ethnic and multi-cultural coexistence, that interpersonal communication under multi-cultural backgrounds is necessary for them to complete the process of socialization. They should acquaint themselves with the special principles for handling the interpersonal relationship among minority students and be actively involved in the learning and life of others, master the special skills to deal with the interpersonal relationship among minority students and improve their own personality and interpersonal skills.
